CFI, ATP Background Information I have been actively involved in aviation for almost 10 years, both in my home state of Rhode Island and here in Florida where I acquired most of my aviation background. I graduated from the local Florida Institute of Technology in August of 2010 where I obtained my Bachelors’s Degree in Aviation Management with Flight. The flight portion of my degree was completed at FIT Aviation where I obtained my Private, Instrument, Commercial, Multi-Engine & Flight Instructor ratings. I have trained in and flown aircraft including the Piper Warrior, Piper Arrow, Piper Seminole, Piper Aztec, Cessna 152 and Cessna 172. I currently work for SkyWest Airlines as a First Officer, flying the EMB-120 Brasilia. As a flight instructor in the club, I do my best to meet the needs of my students and to ensure a positive learning environment. I strongly believe that each lesson should be as educational and informative as possible and I do my best to ensure that these criteria are met. CFI/II Background Information I have been flying since 1989 here in Florida. Attended and graduated from FIT. My training was in Piper aircraft to include Warriors, Arrows and Seminoles as well as Cessna 152's and 172's. I also fly and instruct in powered parachute aircraft and have flown a variety of other aircraft in between. I enjoy flying very much as well as the variety of people and pilots I have flown with. I have been instructing in the club for several years and can only say positive things about this (our) club and it's members. I feel that regardless of experience, every flight is an opportunity to learn and grow through positive and fun experiences. Availability Availability is various due to my other full-time jobs but evenings and nights are available usually always. Please call for other availability during daytimes. I strive to make all training a SAFE and enjoyable experience. Availability I typically work 7 days followed by 7 off which should provide some scheduling options.
